Crazy slow speeds on PPPOE users

I need some advice on the billing system you’re using for your home clients. On my end, speeds test fine directly from the MikroTik, but customers are experiencing very slow and unusable speeds.
After doing an audit, it looks like the PPPoE server is where the slowdown is happening, which is causing the lag. I’ve already tried three different billing systems, but the issue still persists.
I’d really appreciate any guidance or recommendations.
