I have just seen on WhatsApp someone selling a complete set of hotspot equipment. Like RB951, Eap110 and some Tp link routers. Why are people quitting early?

Most likely, they were misled to believe it is a get rich quick scheme.
 
People should be reminded that this is a long-haul game. But also, equipment theft has pushed many people away. Ukiongeza KPLC manenos and licensing. It's just too much for micro ISPs.
