I have never been a fan of chaining. Especially those that require the power terminal to be sealed with insulation tape. Plus, when one of the routers fail, they all fall in the entire chain. How does it work, the limit for Ethernet is 100m but I see posts with routers going much further distances, how is it possible
So what's your plan bI have never been a fan of chaining. Especially those that require the power terminal to be sealed with insulation tape. Plus, when one of the routers fail, they all fall in the entire chain.
Just buying an ppropriate AP to serve a particular area. Ikibidi I use reverse POE switch to power APs or routers instead. So what's your plan b
Do you know an affordable router that can benefit from reverse POE? I only use TendasJust buying an ppropriate AP to serve a particular area. Ikibidi I use reverse POE switch to power APs or routers instead.
For Revere PoE, you will just need access points. Go for Tenda OAP1200. That one can do 150+meters very well. And it still affordable @4500 only.Do you know an affordable router that can benefit from reverse POE? I only use Tendas
